Some time ago, I had put up the case of a client who had moved into this house ten years ago and how his fortunes had turned for the worse within a couple of years of moving in. I will post details in a case study moment i have the time. However, i will share the short points here, regarding the outcome. The issue, (and this is a common issue, of a hole/staircase, elevator shaft/toilet block) in the center of two joined apartments, was that initially they moved into one half of the floor plate, that gave them a NE facing door. Within a couple of years, they took on the adjoining apartment, then the ones above so they ended up with four apartments, two on each floor. Their architect then decided to make a stylish and beautiful atrium by cutting out the floor plate in the NW sector. Soon as this happened they started losing everything, their flagship company included. The banks and lenders have been chasing them.

The issue was the house, not the BaZi. I started by using XKDG to fix the house, so they could move as their exorbitant rent had been paid a year ahead. With Qi Men i was able to keep the law in abeyance, not easy, he had so many bouncing cheques and cases against him. Nothing happened, then one day I selected a QiMen based date and time to convince them to move, and they moved out to a friends apartment. Then to various hotels till they found a near perfect apartment (details will be in the case study). A month into the new apartment move, I had a re-cap meeting, to see how the FS I had done for them (again XKDG heavy) was doing. The update was nothing short of miraculous. In no particular order of importance, the substance of the report: SLEEP, they have slept like never before. (sleep is a great indicator of the quality of the Qi being enjoyed) Short hours of deep sleep, the best. RELATIONSHIPS: One child was in a relationship the parents considered improper, selected good time to speak to him, he dropped the offending girlfriend on the spot. SENSE OF WELLBEING; they are less stressed and totally calm, husband had not attended work on one pretext or another for a couple of years, started working 14 hours a day. Wife much calmer and at peace with the world and herself, she was previously bordering on depression. THE MIRACLE: their flagship company was in the process of being closed down as there was no capital to run the factories. An investor was planning a hostile takeover after cornering large percentage of shares. A meeting was fixed where the takeover would be announced and the investors people were to be asked to be added to the board. Dire. In a sudden turn of events, my client spoke to the investor minutes before the meeting, they mutually decided that the investor would pump in money to rejuvenate the factories and make them profitable. My client who knew the business would run it as he knew best. Profits would be split. Money is pouring in and company back on road to recovery. FINALLY they had taken personal loans and unable to pay back, had given their art collection and jewellery as guarantee, the investor took over that liability, and has started returning the assets as they are able to pay back from the money being made. Nothing short of miraculous, never in their wildest dreams did such a solution even form in their mind. The miracles of Feng Shui correctly applied. I am so pleased, this is RESULTS!
