Technically this means you can only use three palaces each year, or two if one of these go to the center like last year. When the 1 4 7 stars line up, you can use, activate place water etc to speed up the sale, or rental of the property.

The golden rules:

• It has to be in the property you need to move
• Ensure that the natal star chart does not have any stars that are negative for you.
• If you have just the 4 & 7 you can bring in the 1 by using a bucket of water.

I am going to look at all the possible options we can use this year, just so you get the hang of it. If you are looking to sell or rent your property this may be of use. In the South East, you have the Natal 4, the monthly 7 in August (coming up so very relevant) and you can introduce the 1 by adding water on a day where the daily star is 1 4 or 7. 1-4 indicate romance (so the deal goes through) wind and movement, so it will work as the palace supports the activity.

In the South however, although we have the annual 7 and the monthly 4 in October, adding water will not be so good, as the quality of the metal 7 and the 4 wood is not good due to the heat produced by the south palace being fire. Having said that, October is autumn so maybe the heat is a bit reduced, so you could try your luck by placing water in the daily star 1 4 7 days.

The West palace natal star 7 cannot be touched this year so lets not discuss it. However assuming the 5 was not there, we could use the monthly 4 and again replicate the 1 star with physical water, as 7 is the natal star for the West palace.

If you are a #3 Ming Gua, try your luck, 5 is your Indirect Wealth star, but watch for the injury as a side effect.

In the Northwest you can add water as the annual 4 and monthly 7 in October again allows you to place water and it should be fine, though I would look at the competition (7 with 6), but not worry about the condition of the 4 in a metal palace as it is the combination of 10 (4+6)

In the North, we have in August, monthly 4, natal star 1 and look for the daily star 7, though I have been successful in using 7 buckets of water as well, to pull in the 7 factor.

Lastly the East has the annual 1 so wait for the monthly 7 and daily 4 or vice versa.
In October you have the monthly 4, so if you get the daily 7 star or then bring in the 7 with the number of buckets of water (7 buckets)

Improvise best you can.

Keep in mind though, if the seller has indirect wealth it makes it easier as also if there is a clash in he BaZi somewhere that indicates property movement.
