For all those who are following the monthly stars, or even the annual, heres a heads up and a warning for August.

Some good news and some bad news: First the bad news;

Many of you have probably activated the South West Sector for the purpose of activating the annual 9 Sheng Qi star this year, and SW is THE sector for water in period 8 so double whammy right? Well, if that is what you have decided you need, go for it. Great if you are in the real estate business, or if the #9 star is what you personally need. (I drained the water and this is why: I am a Gua 3 and i have excess output in my Bazi, 9 is output to 3, so no thanks, i rather keep my sanity: another way of looking at water placements!)

Anyway, August brings the monthly 5 to the SW.

SO what happens in the SW in August? The incoming 5 makes the palace 2 also earth, stronger, but 5-9 together is a recipe for disaster, so please keep the SW very very quiet in August, especially if you are a Gua 2.

Meanwhile, the Good News:

here is a nice way to activate the wealth aspect of the monthly 5 in the other months:

small small small, slow slow slow moving water in the area of the monthly 5 for the first two weeks or before you get injured whatever comes first. (buy 1 get 1 free, yin & yang)

• If you are clashed in your bazi in that timing; year or month, NO
• If you are suffering from a health issue, also NO
• If you have good quality IW in your chart YES.

The monthly 5 path this year:

August; SW (not recommended as per above reasons)

September: E (also not recommended- 1-5 combo with 3 also disastrous)

October: SE (also not good, 5-2-4 together wicked, wicked)

November: Center Obviously cannot use

December: NW Yes Yes Yes. Resource (earth comes to output, like an angry mom visiting you, comforting)

January: W, west, well what can we say, time to say goodbye.

About 2016, later… Meanwhile mark your calender for the water body in the NW in December, pick a good hexagram and date as per the XKDG structure in your property, and await the pleasing sounds of Kaching!
